I was such a mess
I liked the world less and less
I hated everything around me
There wasn?t a place where I wanted to be
I thought there wasn?t a place where I would fit
But now I thought about it

Why I was I so sad
And at the same time so mad?
It was about a boy who I had feelings for
But now I don?t feel it anymore
He can die, I don?t care
The way I felt, it wasn?t fair

And now I know for sure
Life is the thing I adore
You only live once
You only get one chance
So enjoy
And don?t think about one stupid boy

Let come what may
And put those depressing times away
Enjoy the days with your friends
And hope that those careless times never end
Be happy with who you are
And that is the way to be a shining star
